General terms and conditions
We operate exclusively on the basis of the German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions 2017 (ADSp 2017), latest version. Clause 23 ADSp 2017 limits the statutory liability for loss of or damage to goods pursuant to § 431 German Commercial Code (HGB) to 5 €/kg for goods in the forwarder’s custody, to 2 SDR/kg for multimodal transports including sea carriage, and furthermore per claim or event to € 1 million or € 2 million respectively or 2 SDR/kg, whichever is higher. We will gladly send you the ADSp 2017 on request.
Consumer dispute resolution
Our services are addressed exclusively to businesses. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG, German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).
