When to call us

Ideally before anything is planned.

Before Incoterms, port of loading or delivery date are in the contract: if you are unsure or don’t know where to start, bring us in early – then the problem never becomes one. And if it is already burning:

The route is closed.

Road closure, war, port shut – the vessel doesn’t sail, production is waiting.

The cargo is stuck.

Weeks in port or at customs, the forwarder keeps you waiting, nobody answers.

A country drops out.

The big provider can’t cover the route end to end – one country refuses and the project stalls.

The bank rejects the documents.

Dangerous goods on the bill of lading, cargo description doesn’t match the letter of credit.
