Hosting and server log files This website is hosted on the HubSpot platform (HubSpot, Inc., 2 Canal Park, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA, with its European entity HubSpot Ireland Ltd., Dublin). When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, data volume transferred, browser type and version, operating system and the referring page. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with HubSpot; transfers to the USA are based on the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and – where applicable – on HubSpot’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. To deliver and protect the pages (content delivery network, protection against automated access), HubSpot uses Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA; EU entity in Lisbon). This sets technically necessary cookies (e.g. \_\_cf\_bm, \_cfuvid) that do not require consent (§ 25 (2) TDDDG). ## 3. Cookies, consent and services used On your first visit we ask for your consent via a cookie banner. Technically necessary cookies – e.g. to store your consent decision – are set on the basis of § 25 (2) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The analytics and marketing services listed in 3.1 to 3.5 are only used with your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with effect for the future via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. Fonts, images and videos are delivered from our own domain or the hosting platform. ### 3.1 HubSpot Analytics HubSpot (provider see section 2) sets cookies (e.g. \_\_hstc, hubspotutk) to measure page views and to attribute visits to your enquiries or your contact record in our CRM. ### 3.2 Google Analytics 4 Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Purpose: statistical analysis of how our pages are used (e.g. pages viewed, time on page, traffic source, device type, approximate location). Google Analytics is integrated using Google Consent Mode; cookies are only set after you have given consent. When the Google script is loaded, your IP address may be technically transmitted to Google; according to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months. A transfer to Google LLC in the USA is possible; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition. ### 3.3 Google Ads (conversion tracking and remarketing) Provider: Google Ireland Limited (see 3.2). With your consent we measure whether visitors reach us via our Google ads and may later show relevant ads to visitors of our pages. Transfers to the USA as described in 3.2. ### 3.4 LinkedIn Insight Tag Provider: LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. Purpose: analysis of our LinkedIn campaigns and audiences (conversion tracking, retargeting). A transfer to LinkedIn Corporation in the USA is possible; LinkedIn is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition. ### 3.5 Microsoft Clarity Provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Purpose: analysis of how our pages are used (clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session recordings) to improve content and usability; input in form fields is masked by default. A transfer to Microsoft Corporation in the USA is possible; Microsoft is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition. ### 3.6 YouTube videos On individual sub-pages we embed videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, see 3.2). Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) using a two-click solution: when the page loads, only a preview image hosted by us is displayed. A connection to YouTube is established and your IP address transmitted to Google only once you click “play”; YouTube may then set cookies (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). ## 4. Contact by e-mail, phone or meeting booking If you contact us by e-mail, phone or via the online meeting booking, we process the data you provide (name, company, contact details, content of the enquiry) to handle your enquiry and to initiate or perform a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is stored in our CRM system (HubSpot) and deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply. ## 5. Forms and downloads on our landing pages On individual sub-pages we provide guides and checklists for download. The data entered there (name, company, business e-mail address) is processed to provide the download and – where you have consented – to send you further information (Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR). You can withdraw any consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or by message to office@transauriga.com. E-mails are sent via HubSpot; with your consent we measure whether e-mails are opened and links clicked in order to improve our content. ## 6. Recipients and transfers to third countries Recipients of personal data are our hosting and CRM platform HubSpot (including Cloudflare as a service used by HubSpot), – only with your consent – Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft (see section 3) and – for the performance of transport orders – the service providers involved (shipping lines, carriers, customs brokers). Transfers to third countries only take place where necessary for the performance of the contract or where appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 44 et seq. GDPR are in place. ## 7. Your rights You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg (LfDI), Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany. ## 8. Retention We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated. Business correspondence and contract documents are subject to the commercial and tax retention periods of six, eight or ten years (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO). ## 9.
